Information system for regular traveller program “plus card”

Plus Card is a complex system developed to Estonian railway operator Edelaraudtee, which includes regular customer loyalty program, self-service program, ticket sales, invoicing, reporting and much more. Plus Card was recognized by Information System Authority of Republic of Estonia as a case study of e-Estonia for integrating ID card and Smart ID authentication and system integration. Plus Card is integrated with government systems via X-Way to verify, whether person has a right for government-subsidized free ride and with Credit Info portal to verify, whether customer’s credit rating.
